In these pages concerning the Customer Service, you can find all the information for your orders on “Vivere la Toscana”: fares, shipping costs, payments and the Privacy Policy.

If your questions finds no answer or you want to buy a specific product, or ask for further information and advices, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

“Vivere la Toscana” is a registered trade mark and belongs to the company DiversoCMI by Elisa Micheli.

The head office of “Vivere la Toscana” is located in Italy , Tuscany,  Via Paoli, Pisa.

Fares and Shipping Times

The products of “Vivere la Toscana” belong to little factory farms or little handicraft farms.

Principally, the article is created, packed, often personalized when the customer places the order. The delivery time depends on the product and the period of the year.

The delivery time also involves the processing time (stated by the word “Availability”, inside the information of every single product) and the shipping time, depending on the destination.

In order to ensure a rapid and safe delivery, “Vivere la Toscana” uses the most important national and international couriers, such as Bartolini, Poste Italiane, UPS, FedEx and SDA.

The shipment cost is charged to the customer only as a contribution, not as total shipping  cost. This contribution for shipping will be indicated in the “Cart” when the purchase has been done, according to the kind of products, the destination indicated in the account, or by “Vivere la Toscana”, in the specific box.

Special ewsp (ewine secure pack) will be used for glass bottles.

Warranties and Right to Withdrawal

We firmly offer only high quality products, selected among the best speciality of Italy.

All the products on viverelatoscana.it are guaranteed for any defect or vice; they shall be reported by e-mail to our customer service within 10 days from the delivery.

It shall be our responsibility, at our discretion, to replace the product with another one which is equivalent, by refunding the paid consideration, the hard way.

All the customers can exercise the right of withdrawal without any fine, as determined by the Article no. 5 of the Italian Legislative Decree 22^nd  May 1999 no. 185, prior an e-mail within 10 days from the receiving of the goods.

The right of withdrawal can be applied only for the return of intact goods; it cannot be applied for those products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.

The returned products shall be sent within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date.

After having accessed the above written terms, “Vivere la Toscana” shall refund the amount paid, after having deducted the shipping costs, within 30 (thirty) days from the notice to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Purchases and Payments

The minimum order on our website is 12 euros (taxes not included).

In order to buy the products of “Vivere la Toscana”, it is necessary to log in on the web site; who has already an account, can simply make the log in.

The product are gathered in categories and divided in products categories.

Each cathergory shows a colour photography together with a description and the price in Euro, VAT included.

All the products that are not packed and the cold cuts in general, are singularly sold; the weight place in the product’s side is purely approximate. The respected tolerance will be +/- 10%

The purchase is fast, safe and only for the customers logged in the web site. Who has already filled the Cart and is not yet registered, can submit in any moment, without ”loosing” the selected products.

In order to start the purchase procedure, it is necessary to check the Cart with the selected products, their quantities and the destination address for shipping, indicated in the account.

Then, it is necessary to choose the shipping method, the payment method, the invoice for your order or if you need a personalized greeting card.

In the last stage, check the total amount for the order and give the confirmation of the purchase. You will receive the indication for payment, depending on the method you have selected.

“Vivere la Toscana” accepts several methods of payment:

We accept the credit card Visa/Cartasì, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or cash card.
By choosing the option “Credit card” you will be automatically connected with the GestPay system of Banca Sella.
The financial information will be directly scrambled by our Bank, ensuring the absolute privacy.

Write the number code in the reason for payment of your bank money transfer.

We will place your order as soon as we receive the notification of executed payment. In order to speed the times of shipping, you can send us by e-mail a copy of the transfer.

Invoicing and taxes

In order to receive the invoice, during the registration, it is necessary to indicate your VAT number and your company name and the indication in the notes of receiving the invoice with the goods.

For all the customers of “Vivere la Toscana” that do not require the invoice, the accounting documents will be the attestation, depending on the different methods of payment: bank receipt, credit card, cash card or advanced bank money transfer. The Italian VAT taxations - 4%, 10% and 21%- will be applied to all the customers, depending on the products. The prices will be free of the Italian taxes for the companies that have an invoicing address outside the national territory.

Breaking and Tampering

In case of breaking and tampering of the parcel, we invite You to refuse the withdrawal of goods. “Vivere la Toscana” will replace the products and deliver them again, the hard way.
