This convenient Set, online on “Vivere la Toscana” is composed by nine items by Gemignani, made up of San Miniato truffles and other excellent products of Tuscany. Nine items at your own choice, among the following cooking proposals:
- Whole Bianchetto Truffle, naturally kept in brine;
- Mushroom and Truffle Sauce, typical of the Tuscan tradition;
- “La Tartufina” sauce, with scented black truffles (tuber aestivum);
- White truffle and edible boletus cream, ideal with canapés;
- Truffle cream and Asparagus, special for hors d’oeuvres and first dishes;
- Truffle wattle honey classic version or Golden Line, with 23 karats food gold;
The packs are 80 gr., except the Whole Bianchetto Truffle (40 gr., in jar) ,the classic Truffle wattle honey and the Gold Version (125 gr., in jars); they can be included in the Set of 9 products, 80 gr. each.
